Karpoora Mullai Vinyl Record – Ilaiyaraaja Tamil Vinyl
Add a distinctive 1991 bilingual drama to your shelf with the Karpoora Mullai vinyl record, the Ilaiyaraaja soundtrack behind Fazil's film, shot simultaneously in Malayalam as Ente Sooryaputhrikku. This Karpoora Mullai vinyl record carries five tracks featuring a genuinely rare vocal lineup, making it a distinctive find for anyone collecting Ilaiyaraaja vinyl records or old Tamil movie songs vinyl records from the early 1990s.
About the Film
Karpoora Mullai (1991) was written and directed by Fazil, produced under his own banner Ilayaraja Creations, and starred Raja, Amala, and Srividya. Shot back-to-back with its Malayalam version Ente Sooryaputhrikku, the film reflects Fazil's dual-language filmmaking approach from this era. Ilaiyaraaja composed the soundtrack, with lyrics by Vaali and Ilaiyaraaja himself, and vocals from K. S. Chithra, P. Susheela, K. J. Yesudas, and the veteran playback legend P. Leela — a rare late-career credit that makes this a genuinely notable entry in the wider catalogue of Tamil vinyl records from Ilaiyaraaja's discography.

For anyone searching for the Karpoora Mullai vinyl record buy online, or browsing Tamil vinyl records online more broadly, this pressing carries the complete five-track soundtrack on one record.
